Major: Art & Design Department (This Major's Salary over time)
Pros - A nice campus layout within an iconic mountainous terrain, the college is set in a little historic town that's well kept, students and faculty are friendly, and there's a good student, faculty ratio (17 to 1… if I had to guess)Cons - Small town college atmosphere… you can hang out in your residence hall or you can go out and party with the same twenty people every weekend… 90% of the school is from Maryland, especially Baltimore… the majority of the students couldn't get into Towson or the University of Maryland so they came to FSU… it's basically a second rate education… everything is located on one street… the nearby town, LaVale, is more resourceful but far from a place of entertainment… unless you like to hangout at WalmartOverall, a decent school in a nice setting if you're from Maryland, enjoy the mountains, and want a small town college atmosphere. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend coming here.
