If you are looking for an equine degree this is not the school for you. It is over priced for the lack of experience it offers. There is little to no advanced horses for riders to better their riding skills if advanced. We do not have any horses that can take a rider passed a second level dressage test and we are lucky if there is one or two that can do a first level. The school does not support the riding teams and many times, they struggle to fund raise enough money to pay the trainer. The food in the cafeteria is horrible I find myself making a second dinner many nights and the school makes it mandatory that every on campus student have a meal plan (a waste of over 1,000 dollars a sem.). In addition, if students do not pay enough to go to Wilson we now have to pay for our own cable. I have had to complain a number of times that I do not have heat because they do not fix the problem the first ten times. The internet on campus is slower then dial up at times and there is not wireless in the dorm rooms. I would highly recommend that if you are interested in Wilson that you talk to some students on campus and not buy into the sales pitch on the tour of campus. The only reason I have stayed the four years is because a lot of the credits will not transfer to other school and I did not want to be in school for six years for a BS in Equine Sciene
