The
cafeteria food is bad. So many simple things seem to
get screwed up along the way, from paperwork to paying
student workers. The block for the web blocks harmless websites
too and is quite annoying when doing research. I would
not trust the IT guys with my computer; there's been
several of my friends that have taken theirs to them
in hopes to fix a problem, but recieved it back
with all of their files erased. The internet bandwidth is
terrible most of the time.
The Visual and Performing Arts
department is great. I would say that it's one of
the only good things about this school. The faculty is
comprised of some amazing professors that I not only respect
as my teachers, but I look up to them as
people. They will bend over backward to help students, but
at the same time are firm and push us hard
to do the best work that we are capable of.
I feel that they do not receive enough credit here,
but they have made my experience amazing.
If you want
to come here for the Arts program, I would definitely
recommend it. For anything else, I am hesitant.
