Major: Accounting (This Major's Salary over time)
Appalachian is a great school. It is located in Boone, NC in the mountains so it lacks a lot of clubs and nightlife. If you are big into nightlife you may want to choose another school. I am in the accounting program and App has one of the best CPA pass rates in the country. There are lots of outdoor activities; hiking, climbing, kayaking, and camping. The students are really easy going and nice as a whole. The school isn't huge in Greek life, so App isn't for you if that's what your into. Appalachian has very strong education, computer science, biology, geology, music, and accounting programs.
