Graduate program. The campus was not maintained very well, I
hate to pick on all staff because the computer technical
support people with their student workers were soooo nice and
helpful. The admission department was not. Lots of passing
me around on the phone to get straight answers, which
took many calls!! made me really question the quality here.
No one seemed to know anything. They really didnt care
if you came here or not. I was registered last
minute because of the lack of help. Then was sent
a late fee even though I made it- completed
registration on the last day allowed before “late”. It
was like the last straw for me. The lack of
help and care on top of a late fee for
something that wasn't late was the last convincing piece that
this school was going to be a chaotic mess
to deal with for the next few years. I am
a great student with excellent GPA, I'll go elsewhere.
