You need to be social and work your butt off and take full advantage of the incredible religion classes and cheap tuition for a world class education.  Also it may be easier to get into dental/medical school from a different university(Byu has the most dental applicants of any university in the nation, 3rd most med school applicants), but if you can survive the science curriculum with a relatively high science gpa, you will be able to do get into the med/dental school of your choice and be as prepared as anyone from any university.  Also the business school (accounting) is awesome, and most majors are pretty solid.  My opinion-but it's probably right is that it is in the top ten best undergrad universities in the nation.  Post grad is getting better, but definitely not the focus.
