Major: Perfomance Arts (This Major's Salary over time)
Really poorly organized programs and administrative functions. Too expensive. Most faculty are part-time, and although professionals in their respective fields, are often poor quality teachers. Once you go there you can't get out- courses don't transfer. Too many credits required to graduate. Most students, upon graduation, have difficulty finding job placement. Students have unrealistic expectations about working in the arts and entertainment industries. Many students who have found jobs in their field post-grad are often finding they are inadequately prepared to work full time in that field. They seem to care more about money than the education. Little scholarship opportunities.
