Major: History/Histories (art history/etc.) (This Major's Salary over time)
I left TLU after a year. The history program is basically non-existant. They had a few good instructors, but for the most part trying to major in history at TLU is impossible. I found them lacking in the number of quality courses and cut my losses early. I saw the 2-year projection for history and it was dismal. I transferred to UT/Austin and was happy happy happy. I am now in the masters program at UT and I know that if I had stayed at TLU, I would not have been prepared to study any serious history at a serious level. They need more men who have American history backgrounds, and not a bunch of wishy-washy women teaching irrelevant courses.
