Frank Phillips does not know how to properly run a college. They sent my transcripts to another college twice without a grade! A year later! I've missed two registration deadlines because of them. Who sends transcripts without a grade? The transcript office went on vacation from December until the end of January, so I couldn't get the problem fixed!
