I have gone to UI for two years and adore it! After reading the other comments, I would like to clear up a few things.

The other comments first mention that

Idahoans are snooty.

After growing up here in Idaho, I did not even know we came off snooty. I had a friend approach me and question me about it. The reason most Idahoan's are snooty is this. Idaho has the third fastest growing population in the country. Out of towners are often inconsiderate and want the town to adjust to them, not the other way around. As a guest though, the out of towners should adapt to our little community.

As for no night life, I am not even sure what these people are talking about. Moscow has quite a few bars, a huge Greek system that is always throwing parties, and we live surrounded by fields. You have to be creative and keep your ear open for events, but things are always happening.

As for the education, I couldn't be happier. What the faculty wants here is respect. Don't cheat, don't feel self entitled to everything, and be polite and you will have the best instructors in the world.

UI even has outreach programs in Boise and Couer d'Alene.
