Great school for art majors. I just finished my first year here at SF State, and I must tell you, live on campus for at least a year… I moved straight to a studio off campus and it definitely makes it harder to meet people and get involved in campus life. But overall, SF State has a beautiful campus, great professors (there are of course always a few exceptions), diverse student body, and San Francisco is the place to be. Tons of down-to-earth, artistic, chill people.
