Major: Education (This Major's Salary over time)
The campus itself is very nice. In the spring time everyone comes outside and chills on the great lawn and it looks like a college from a movie. The winter time is a little more dull but that is everywhere. The campus life is there, you just have to find it. Activities are always, and i mean always, going on. The advertising for the campus events needs to be improved but if you look you can find something. You do meet great friends at the school and their are pretty much from all over. I lived in a suite my freshman year and met so many people from all over the east coast. The suites themselves are gross and need to be updated but if you can get past the dirty floor your good. The regular dorms are so much nicer then other colleges ive been to though so thats a plus. Professors in my department, education, were amazing. I was always greeted with a helping hand and the work they give you is interesting if you get into it. The school is in an awsome area with 3 malls atleast down the road and a 24 hour supermarket. The bar and club scene is a taxi ride away but its not bad. Also their are so many other colleges around you meet more people that way too at bars and clubs. The party scene on campus. I never went home at all during the semesters and i always had something to do on the weekends. RAs are not strict and let you have your parties in your room as long as its under control, NO other college is like that! The couple downsides are the cost of the school. I think its something like 41k now a year. I have so many scholarships and what not that it dose not effect me too much. Some people say the campus goes home on weekends, to be honest, those are just the close minded long island kids that have trouble making friends. If you are looking to meet people and chill, there is always stuff to do on campus, there are a couple thousand other kids there, comon! The last downside is the boring and dull student center. That is getting redone though so no worries.
