I am just finishing my second session at Brooks Institute in the Professional Photography program and I advice anyone without money to stay away. I can tell already that the degree will be worthwhile, however, I have already spent over $1000 in three months of moving out of state and still have lots and lots of equipment to buy. If you do not know what a large format camera is, you will. Try $20 for ten sheets of film. The program is costly costly costly and financial aid will not cover it, not to mention the amount you spend daily to find parking. If you have money to blow and feel like learning everything about photography at an unreasonably fast pace, consider it.
