Major: Nursing (This Major's Salary over time)
When I was in high school, out of state, I only wanted to go to FGCU. When I got there, I loved my friends and the atmosphere. The bad part is alot of the students are not motivated. They are living off of their parents money and just getting by if they can. The town is an old folks town with rich people. It is not a college town yet, and my never be one. Few people leave the area if they graduate from the school. They just get jobs and settle in hanging out with the undergraduates. You also need to have some source of income into order to live on this campus. Even if you get the meal plan, the hours are not convient and you cant always be available to eat between 5 and 8pm every night. This college is good for students that want to get out but can still rely on their parents for a long time.
