It's
not that great. I'm a sophomore, and I'm still
thinking about transferring. People say that if you don't
like it, you must not be tough, but that's not
the case - I just don't like arrogant, uptight, frivolous,
superficial people. The majority of the students seem like
they just want to be fabulous. I think that
the theatre design school is actually making me less creative,
it's definitely making me like theatre less. If NYU
was cheap, I'd be a lot more okay with it,
but I was under the impression that when you pay
$60,000 a year, you get an awesome and rewarding college
experience. Not true. NYU is a rip-off.
