I absolutely love SUNY New Paltz and the town of New Paltz! The schools is gorgeous, the faculty and students are VERY friendly and helpful. The school population is quirky and fun! The party life is there if you want it, but not in your face if you don't. Plenty of choices for clubs, activities, and courses. The President of the University is one of the most friendly people I have ever met. He helps moving new students in on move-in day and has one-on-one discussions with them. He even teaches a class! It is a difficult school to get into, with only about one-third of applicants admitted. It's a fantastic school that is well worth your money and you will enjoy your time here…I now I have!
