Wow,
what can I say, from the horrible teachers that grade
by prefrence to the evil financial aid office it's has
to be the worst!
This school suffers from a
horrible financial aid staff. They lose your papers, ask for
them again and then lose them once more. Finally when
they locate the papers, they take ages to load the
information onto the system. You are left waiting for months.
As of yet, I still do not have my financial
aid ready, and it is so late in the year.
Then they never answer the phone and when they finally
do they dont know what is going on. They add
you on a list and never call you back or
let you know if it is being resolved or not.
They sound angry when you ask for the reason for
something they have done themselves. They are rude and very
inconsiderate. I have no wish to deal with them again
and would advice the school to take notice of this
problem. I am not the only student that is going
through this.
