Hey Hi! I'm just wondering, how is the student-lecturer ratio in OSUC? Are the classes big in lecture halls or cozy small rooms? Thanks mate! |
Lower division classes are enormous and your TA most likely won't speak English. Go elsewhere. Ohio State is a pretty mediocre school. |
I am a junior attending glenbard east high school in Illinois i was wondering what are the benefits to going to osu like the classes dorms ect. is it worth going there while my parents wish for me to attend a college out here, i tell them im really interested in the sports programs there but thats not there concern it's the academics so is the classes any good? |
Major: Business - Management and Administration (This Major's Salary over time)
Ohio State University is an overwhelming place to begin your college education. The choices are mind-boggling, the number of students and size of campus make it difficult to navigate without feeling a bit isolated and intimidated. That said, those same traits provide an opportunity for one to become a self sufficient, determined, and responsible adult. I credit Ohio State with this almost entirely. My education in business was also very good, as I have found myself holding my own with ivy-leaguers in my field. However, I thing a smaller university would have suited me better at the time. You have to assess your personal characteristics and ability to fend for yourself. The business school is excellent though if you can handle the lack of attention.
