I am in love with NC State. If you are an engineering or biological sciences major, then I highly recommend it. A lot of my friends are in Humanities and Social Science programs, and for half of them they have said they would like to transfer to a school with better Humanities programs. However, the rest of them seem to have positive experiences despite our "lack" of a good Humanities program. So if you are going into something other than engineering, agriculture, or biological sciences, I would make sure you visit the school and really get connected to your future school of study before you decide whether or not to come to NCSU to avoid program disappointment. The social life is amazing here, and there are so many people that it is really easy to find friends. There is always something to do on or off campus. The best thing about NCSU is the school spirit. Whether we win or not we always support our team and have fun.
