Believe it or not, I came to this site ltwo years ago and I read many of the negative posts about this school but I didn't pay attention. When I got to fmu I found out this place is a disaster. Don't believe anything in the admissions' office, they tell you what you want to hear in order to get you in. As soon as you get settled, they change the rules. Like mafia, there is a trick in everything they tell you. Since there is nothing to do in Florence, the staff are constantly targeting students who are not obedient. At 8:30 AM, I had 2 minutes talk with a secretary in the school of education about the transfer of my credits ; at 10:30 AM, my professor asked me to leave the class for no apparent reason; at 11:45 AM, I was accused of attempting to infect computers with a virus; at 2:00 PM I got a speeding ticket; at 8:00 PM, I was searched for drugs. Next day, I was called in by student affairs and they threatened to take my scholarships away "in a second" if I don't "behave". All the accusations were fabrications that followed my pointing out a discrepancy between what the of admissions told me and what the secretary was saying. I don't smoke, I don't drink, and have never done any drugs or speeding and I have no idea about infecting computers with virus. Don't come here unless you want trouble.
