I knew that I wanted to learn, get involved with the school, and move on to grad studies. I transferred to ksu, thinking that I would graduate quickly…uh no. I only have a few classes left, but classes I need are quickly filled and there is only like one or two sections avail. for the whole semester! In the psyc dept. they will only take 1 upper-division psyc course from outside of ksu, so you can't just take it somewhere else then transfer it in.

I am really considering transferring!

Another thing…I started to notice some students who have been at ksu for years…like 7-10yrs! I thought it was odd, so I looked up the graduation rate for ksu. I had to really search to find the info. Only 7% of ksu students graduate within 4yrs! 7% out of over 20,000 students is not many. It only goes up to about a 33% graduation rate in 6 yrs. Wow! So that's why I have met so many people who have been there for years. I would encourage anyone to look up the information as well.

I would not personally recommend this school for future students. I am also very glad to see such a strong representation of ksu through these posts. LISTEN TO THEM!!
