I loved it! Plain and simple. Like any place, it's not perfect, but the college did a great job of trying to meet student needs—especially students who struggle with the challenge of college classes and course work.

The profs are incredibly available, and they really want to get to know the students. They're not into the whole "we're god" approach to teaching. Down to earth and friendly instead.

The campus brings in singers, comedians, bands, magicians, etc pretty often, and the greeks are always having a party. Greek life is pretty limited (I'd say about 20% of campus is greek), and they're not the arrogant types you might think of when you think greek. They're really open to everybody since they depend on the whole campus to make their parties and events work.

The town of Batesville is small, but it has a ton of outdoor opportunities—rock-climbing, canoeing, camping, hiking, caving biking, hunting, and the list goes on. The people are really nice, but the town could be bigger.
