Date: Jan 08 2010 Major: Business - Management and Administration (This Major's Salary over time) Saint Leo Univ. provided a strong foundation for what is really expected in the "real world". They does not give students an unrealistic expectation that just because you have a degree, everything will come to you. That takes inner talent and work ethic to be successful in life (see comments below). I would highly recommend that students try to work in their field while going to school, this is very important to building your resume of expierences, and also getting a sense for how that industry really is. It may also be a good idea to seek additional certifications in your industry while attending college. The truth of having a successful careerDegree = You can follow through on something, you know how to learn, and have core essentials of a professional. Cert = You are qualified to perform a job/trade.Exp = You have done something notable relating to your career.Work Ethic = You can be handed a job, and will go above and beyond what is required to accomplish it.Personallity = You won't be a complete jerk to others, and you have the ability to gain the trust of other's in the workplace.I must note that I was orginally a transfer student with an A.S. Degree and came to SLU as a Junior, and I did not take one online class.Grad Year 2005B.S. Computer Info. System (CIS)On Campus in Saint Leo, Fl
