Major: Political Science (This Major's Salary over time)
I had one teacher who rarely showed up to class. It was an introduction to Computer Programming class, and he talked to us as if we had been doing it for years when he did show up. He missed 50% of the first half of the semester. After I complained he gave us a midterm, 2 weeks before finals. Nobody got higher than 20% out of 100%. I was robbed of the cost of the class essentially. I looked for help with my adviser in addressing this very serious matter. Instead of helping me she accused me of being rude to her, I emailed her, and explained the situation and that I was very upset, because I needed the class, and was losing the time and the money for having taken it, and not being able to replace it. She just yelled at me in response and told me she wouldn't talk to me anymore. I left after 1 semester and would not advise my worst enemy to attend this school, not for subjects like Political Science or any other arts anyway. I'm still upset that I had to pay for that class, and that it contributed it to his salary. The school doesn't seem very concerned that this is going on, and it is my understanding that those who didn't find away to drop the class did receive passing grades, not that they earned, but that he provided in order to save himself.
