Kean University is a last option resort. My first degree was at a good school, now I am working on a second degree at Kean . First off, the administration at Kean has a unfriendly, lazy, and miserable attitude. Parking is a nightmare. A lot of students who attend Kean have no business being in college. To be blunt, Kean has a lot of rift-raft. The school is located in a dumpy, congested area with gridlock traffic. Kean is a very impersonal school. There is no student pride or sense of social life on campus. Kean is a commuter school. All of Kean students will say the same thing: get your degree as fast as you can and get out of this "hell hole". Do yourself a favor, apply to Rutgers, it is a much better school than Kean.
