Major: Business - Management and Administration (This Major's Salary over time)
I have two undergratuate degrees from Francis Marion and I am working on a graduate degree now. FMU has an excellent reputation in the community, it is not closing or becoming part of another college. With the performing arts center being built downtown and Dr Carter's (FMU's president) contract being extended to 2010, it is highly unlikely that the university will be shut down. Many, many successful businesses are run by FMU graduates. The campus life is a little on the sad side, but I was a commuting student, so I can't talk about the on-campus life too much. If you look for things to do and ways to get involved, you'll find something to your liking.
