Major: Criminal (This Major's Salary over time)
I was going to write a huge review but then I realized how unnecessary it is.Mason has an excellent non-frat social life, just make friends, which is easy.Campus police are easy to avoid if you're not an idiot.Proximity to Northern VA is great. It's NOT a commuter school (it has one of the largest student bodies in Virginia, and a pretty large dorm amount)Its academics prepare you adequately, the difficulty depends on the professor, which applies to EVERY school.Mason food is not that bad and has many options.Parking is convenient.Negatives- Some dorms are a little oldThe winter season is terrible (spring is great)A lot of professors are overpaid/arrogantBIGGEST COMPLAINTThe general education requirements generally are pretty ridiculous. I found myself doing average in those because I didn't care for them, however I majored my pertinent coursework.
