I went to this school because it had rolling admissions. The school is not diverse, everyone is black with very few other races. I was put into a situation where I would be singled out because I was white, and I was given dirty looks quite often. Many of the classes bring up race quite often. One teacher kept talking about slavery and looked at me the whole time as if my family or I enslaved people. It was quite uncomfortable. The girls are extremely rude and judgmental. I swear everyone there is a lesbian, and as a catholic, I do not believe in that, which also made me and my friends uncomfortable. Some of the teachers are great, however many are not very good. Many think that they are better than you because they are teachers, and look down on you. Any of us could get to where they are, so there is no reason to look down on any of the students. In our dorm room the ceiling leaked and the staff did nothing about it. We had many negative things that happened in the dorm too. My parents paid the full tuition and the education you recieve it not worth it. The classes were not challenging and I did not learn very much. THe athletics are terrible. I was really excited to go to college, and have the college experience, but you wont get it at this school. Your better off going to a state school. Many of the girls at the school are also okay with only getting C+ grades which is really bizzare to me. I really hated going to this school. The education you recieve is NOT worth it. Go somewhere else. I transfered and now I am in a real college and I love it more than anything.
