Major: Music - Performance (This Major's Salary over time)
This comment is specifically about the Lamont School of Music within the University of Denver. This school is a gem. If you have ever toured the facility they spent approx $75mil on a new building about 8 years ago and spared no expense. The learning environment exceeds your wildest expectations. The faculty are friendly, but (from a student's perspective) mostly stick within the realm of their own discipline. All of the faculty members I had a chance to work with are world class performing artists, musicologists, theorists and the like. They have set a high standard, and it seems nobody outside of Colorado has heard of this school. Good for those of us who they let in since their isn't a whole lot of competition from the masses…
