Wow! It is crazy to think that we are talking about the same Menlo College after reading all of these reviews. Menlo College is a great school with so many opportunities. Menlo is a small close knit community that allows students to get proper attention that is needed in the class room. Menlo has dedicated professors that are passionate about teaching and apply their teaching to real world situations. Menlo offers free tutoring 5 days a week and even has a ?STUDY SLAM? every Tuesday where a professor from every department comes to help students with their homework. At ?STUDY SLAM? they give away free pizza and cake. Menlo is a small school so students get into the classes they need which ensure that they will graduate in 4 years. The Career Center helps students get jobs and internships. I personally have already had a professional job and an internship thanks to Menlo. It feels great to know that when I graduate, I have this experience on my resume. Each year there is a Career Conference where students are welcome to attend seminars and workshops on how to make a resume, mock interviews, meet and professionals in different fields. There was also a ?speed networking? event where students were able to meet alumni and other professionals and exchange business cards etc.

Now onto the social life at Menlo. Since Menlo is so small there are so many ways to get involved. Each month there is at least one big event (comedians, magicians, or other performers). Each week there is a live band performance. All events on campus are free. Yes, the dorms are not brand new, but I refuse to let a room define my college experience. I have seen much worse, and am happy with what we got. Menlo is in the middle of San Jose and San Francisco so there is a lot to do off campus as well. There are 30 clubs ranging from the Ski and Snow Board Club to the Multi-Cultural Club. In my opinion, Menlo is a great school is you want to learn, get some great professional experience, and have fun.
