I'm in the digital media department. This is where they lumped 2-D, 3-D animation, web design, and video game development. These people do NOT know what they are doing. Their instruction and requirements tend to contradict themselves. I have had teacher's out right tell me that they do not know how to perform simple functions in the program (the only program) that they teach. I have had teachers that literally teach nothing, you just sit in the classroom for 3 hours trying to figure out what you paid for. They have limited to no useful facilities, and most of the equipment that they allow you minimal access to is either broken or about to be. They have a tendency to spend their money inappropriately, doing things like having week-long catered meetings to decide what color they should paint a room instead of trying to get modern equipment that keeps up with the current standards of practice. Sometimes it seems as though the teachers are afraid that their students are going to be the competition. The school cares about nothing more than the money they can make off of the students. Waste of time and money.
