Major: Computer Science (This Major's Salary over time)
I wanted to go to Virginia Tech as soon as I visited the campus my sophomore year of high school. My first semester was tough, socially and academically, and I thought about transferring. After winter break my freshman year, though, I came back with a new attitude and tried just a little bit harder to appreciate this place, and I fell in love with it all over again. It takes a while to adapt- everyone who hates it already really hasn't tried to fit in or find something they love to do here. But it's a wonderful school and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
