Major: Other (This Major's Salary over time)
I'm a photography major who went to another photography school before Harrington in a small city. Got much more experience, hands on and knowledge from the smaller school with not "high end everything" as Harrington often brags about. I was completely misled by my admissions rep by what this school would be like, it was almost the complete opposite. Most photography teachers were rude and often acted better and too proud to get down to their students level. There are no after school activities, no student involvement. This schooling and student housing is completely overpriced even if it is in downtown Chicago. Goodluck in student housing if you do it, they can set you up with some pretty strange roommates who bring odd friends over and possibly steal your belongings. Over-all this school was a very bad experience for me. If you have problems at this school you never know who to turn to, they will send you to see every person that works at this school and all of them will say something different. I have known many people who went here for a semester or two and hated it, dreaded each day at this school…me being one of them. Look into this school and really make sure it's for you don't get caught up in the lies and false hope your admission reps tell you. One last thing…maybe….YOUR CREDITS DO NOT TRANSFER FROM THIS SCHOOL TO ANOTHER SCHOOL IF YOU ARE A PHOTOGRAPHY STUDENT they fail to tell you this until you want to transfer your credits.
