Unless you live in the apartments I can see how you might not like the living arrangements. The dorms do suck, but I've been to UofM, Iowa State, NIU, UofI, DePaul, Loyola, UF, UNF. All dorms suck, its almost like they build them to fall apart.Same thing with social life. We cookout, drink beer and socialize all day all night every weekend apartment side. And most weeknights. The campus is pretty cool too, right on the river, 15min from the beach. And we have our own private pool. How cool is that. If your looking for the typical college experience JU is not like the movies, its a small closeknit group of people, if you make yourself available you will know about every party that happens. And the people here are down to earth, thankfully we don't have a heavy frat boy influence. You do have to keep drinking games under wraps, and kegs are hard to have on campus (but it all happens, just GET OUT AND MEET PEOPLE).
