Major: Undecided (This Major's Salary over time)
To all you other undeclared students - didn't you use the advising office? I wasn't getting too much help from faculty, which I attribute to being undeclared, but I went to that office when I had questions about gen ed and I've never looked back. Those guys know their stuff - talk to Joe Ficano if you really need help. They've helped me more than I can list here - my guess is the rest of you just never bothered to go in and talk to someone about majors or what's possible at Hartwick. I feel sorry for you. Otherwise this is a good school, classes are tight and it's hard to get in to some if you aren't a major, but otherwise I've never had trouble getting a schedule together. There's lots to do on campus, you just have to go out and find it - it won't come to you. Things don't fall into your lap here, and they shouldn't. The town, well, it's upstate NY. Not much else to say - you should know that it might not be a mecca of activity when you apply. I like it here, I might not come back - but only because of the debt I'm taking on. Otherwise, it's great.
