I am an out of state student coming from the north. First of all, i have spent one year at auburn and LOVE IT. i could not imagine going anywhere else. That being said, most students at auburn are, however, very close-minded and ignorant. Since its a very southern school, there is absolutely no diversity and racism is still existent. If you are white, or can look past that, auburn is an AMAZING school with a beautiful campus. The town of auburn makes you feel like you've grown up there with its small town charm. There is ALWAYS something to do, weather its go to a fraternity party or go to the downtown bars. Greek life is extremely big at auburn, and i feel like everyone MUST participate to have fun here. I joined a fraternity and have loved it. Overall, i absolutely love auburn and would recommend applying and visiting to all my friends!
