Major: Education (This Major's Salary over time)
I was referred to National University by a friend who has attended here. Like myself, she couldn't quit her full-time job to attend graduate school. I was anxious at first coming from a semester system at California State University to a fast-paced one course per month format; however, after just 2 classes, I was really enjoying the learning experience in a small class and the group discussion in class. Grading was based on your own individual effort and were not dependent on the group. I personally didn't have a good experience at Cal State University. The traditional way of having to take 4 or more classes all at once was more stressful for me. The courses and the homework assignments given at National are relevant to the real world. I really felt I learned so much more because I was only focused solely on one class at a time. It's true that time management and self-motivation is the key to success in this type of program, but like anything in life, and in any school environment, it takes time, effort, hardwork, and determination to acheive success. You are accountable for yourself. No one can hold your hands. See the final end in sight!
