It's a great school, pretty (gorgeous, really) campus, all the people are really friendly. It seems at first to be a big school of nerds, but thats not it. Ther are many many different types of people, and even though they are all different, a booknerd wont feel awkward talking to a football player, and a cheerleader will hang with a biodork. There are a lot of activities to become a part of, a lot of greek life, and a lot of opportunity to meet people. Dont be fooled by the fact that its a small rural campus. Stuff still goes down, there is still drinking. Go to any campus, you'll find it somewhere. Don't procrastinate, its bad and will kill your gpa. Dont be negative about the dorms, they are all really nice, except shaw which is usually a first year female dorm…the bathrooms there are icky..but everywhere else is fine. The food, if youre wondering about that, is all really good. It just gets repetitive. Bring things to clean your dorm. I've seen really gross rooms..even girls. Mckelvey is a really cool place to hangout, and the lake is pretty too. Dont worry about upperclassmen, theyre all really willing to help. They like the incoming class.
