Major: Computer Engineering (This Major's Salary over time)
If you're a science and engineering major come here. I know people who transferred from other colleges like UVA and they like tech more than UVA.As previous posts have written, what type of experience you want and depending on your major should determine the college you go to.All big colleges have big and small classes. All colleges have teachers who don't speak English to well. It's that way even at West Virginia University and that area isn't as diverse as here. The community colleges have foreign teachers as well.Va Tech high school requirements are very close to UVA's requirements. I know people who got rejected from Tech and got into UVA. That has to do with how many people are applying to Tech. It's easier to get into tech if you get an associates. For their Life sciences department it's 3.0 for every other department it's 3.4 and UVA is a 3.4 transfer requirement.
