I have had a lot of trouble getting answers to questions in different departments such as financial aid and academic advising. A lot of the answers I receive through email is the cookie-cutter answers that are found on the website. (I could have read that myself, I am looking for a more direct answer to a specific situation or question) No one seems to care about my situation or my questions. All the people that work for the school are students who couldn't care less.
