Penn State was the only school I appliled to when I was in high school. I knew my whole life I was going there. For the most part, it was absolutely worth it. I enjoyed most of my classes, beautiful campus, made fabulous friends, tried out Greek life (so-so), and loved football weekends. On the downside, there was a bit of excessive partying, some of my classes were a waste of money, and I did feel kind of stranded in the middle of nowhere. Thinking back on it, though. I would do it again. I don't think I've ever felt better in my life.
