2. Enjoys living in the dorms, while a portion of their dorm building is legally condemned.

6. Fort Hays is a great place to practice lifelong alcoholism

Mrs. Hammond, wife of Dr. Hammond, the president of the college carelessly spent over half a million dollars on useless equipment in Student Health center…so they had to close it for a while. Nepotism rules here. Oddly enough with the amount of alcohol consumption, on and off campus there is no place within Hays, 45 miles to get a rape kit. At Fort Hays if you aren't looking to go back and work on the family farm after 4 or 5 years partying at college you are a complete and total outsider. The administration looks at the international opportunities with $$ for eyes, they could care less about integrating international students into the student body. Not accepting a student because their father might be a communist, is illegal. But at Fort Hays the legality of actions is rarely something that will stop the administration, students, etc. (technically all of the thousand or so Chinese students at Fort Hays are communists, China being a communist country in all) Fort Hays is a waste to money. The student population is ignorant, and that ignorance is supported and enforced by the professors and administration. Do not go to school here. I hope this review will keep people from going to Fort Hays.
