It's a great school. If you're out going and you talk to professors there's nothing you can't do. You don't feel like a stupid freshman who can't do anything. But it's tough. Everything is timed which drives me crazy. I'm smart, but I'm slow. I have to go above and beyond to learn how to do Calculus 3 quickly. But my department is friendly and has a positive attitude about everything. They help me even when I think that there's nothing that can help me. One thing is that they will nickel and dime you. You got to kick and scream about this and then they won't make you pay. Believe me, they get enough money from their allums so I say they can wait to get their hands on my money. Also, a couple of my professors sucked. They didn't speak english and it drove me crazy. Both were in the math department. I'm not to happy with that department, but every other class was fantastic with great professors and challenging material. Also, it's easy to make friends. I took classes at other colleges and found that nobody wants to talk to someone they didn't already know. USC wasn't that way. It was easy to start talking to the kids around me and form study groups or just make friends. I was never bored in that city either. There's always someone with a car and somewhere to drive :D
