The School of Professional Studies Masters programs in Organizational Leadership and Communications Leadership are up-and-coming. Well resourced with top notch professors. The School admits theirs is a study of the "soft" skills of leadership. As if self-fulfilling prophecy, this is perpetuated by a concentration and exposure to the more fluffy, touchy feely theories in leadership.Priority for the School goes to maximizing/increasing the on-line community. In the short few years the School has been in existence, the on-line population has ballooned and continues to grow to where it is now over 80% of the School. This is clearly the profit center for the School, but I think more could be done to take care of the very small on-campus student population.
