My prospective employer call NU to verify my MBA degree. NU never pick up the phone and yes…Ms Roboto on the phone always says

Your call is important to us. Please wait on the phone and blah blah blah

Well, apparently the call is not important to them. The HR told me that she has to wait for more than 10 minutes and she none of the NU staff returning her message. My employer told me to call them and request them to send the transcript instead to their company.

Thanks NU for jeopardizing my future job!
