The University of Colorado at Boulder is a phenominal place/school to spend your 4+ years during school. Boulder is a wonderful town with so much to offer. Everyone is so open minded and there are so many out-of-state students (opposed to other Colorado schools that are mainly local colorado students). The campus is breathtaking (and is ranked as being the most architechtually successful school)and the town and campus just feel good warm and welcoming. I remember walking to and from class during sunset and just looking up at the Flatirons staring me straight in the eye and thinking, 'wow I am so lucky to be here." Academically speaking, it is a tough school. I was a comm major and never had an easy A. My highschool did not prepare me for the work needed to be put in my studies. I learned quickly, as many students do. CU attracts many VERY bright students, and you will find that out very quickly. GReek life at CU is strong, and every student is really pushed to Study abroad for1 semester (best thing I ever did). CU in general is such a great place. There isn't one day that I don't think about my time in Boulder. From the amazing tailgates fro CU football games, to just the CU spirit and tradition floating around town, I HIGHLY recommend CU to anyone wanting to go to school in Colorado. It beats out all other Colorado schools by FAR. Hope this helps!
