I have attended UOP for the last two years and it has changed my life. Many improvements can be made but overall I am happy with what has transpired thus far. If one wants a true quality education, enroll in a community college then transfer to a brick and mortar school like UCLA or something like that. If you want to achieve something in your life and want to be able to hold a degree up, attend a for profit. Adult learners have too much on their plate and the for profit, one day a week, online schools offer more options.
