Major: Music - Composition/Theory (This Major's Salary over time)
I was music major. I left the school a year and a half into my studies. Don't come here if you want to study music. Almost every other class outside of my music courses was a complete distraction from my real focus. There are some excellent professors, but the majority are just hacks completely blinded by their own achievements. The campus security resembles the gestapo, checking your room and taking anything they deem unfit to be in the dorm at random times. They inspired so much fear in me that I ended up living out of my truck in the parking lot, entertaining myself by reading and radio. There is no social life out side of the cliques, just boredom. If your not rich, forget about visiting the city. Finally, I refused to go any further into debt, and left the school, leaving behind me 2 years of my life that I could have spent working and self educating. I now go to another school to become an auto mechanic, none of my credits transferred. Wagner was a spirit crushing experience for me, and I now have little faith in our schools. One last tidbit, not that I have anything against gay people, but after 2 years of being surrounded by them, a straight man like myself was riddled with sexual frustration. I try very hard to forget about Wagner, but something about the vast emptiness I felt after I went there will never leave me. My will to learn has turned to bitterness, and I will never study music again.
