Major: Public Policy (This Major's Salary over time)
Pepperdine was the biggest waste of money I've ever had the displeasure of spending. They claim to be an ethical university but when one student was caught plagiarizing twice, they let her graduate on time with no repercussions. All she had to do was threaten to sue. They claim to value their students and say they'll do everything they can to help them secure employment, but then give little to no support to those who need to have a job to help offset the insanely high cost of tuition. Their tuition model also makes little sense. The system in place makes students pay the same amount of money for four courses as you would for three. But if you want to take five, and maybe get out early, they charge you $1234 a unit (at four units per class) extra. This place is a scam. I would not recommend the School of Public Policy to anyone. You are better off spending your money elsewhere and not being weighed down by the one-sided (conservative) teaching models and inflexible staff. The campus is quite beautiful, though. I have to give them that.
