There is absolutely ZERO communication between faculty and students. Faculty play political games and student do not complete the program in a timely manner. Students, regardless of previous professional experience, are treated like kindergartners and are not viewed as equals among the faculty. Faculty have ZERO professional experience in the industry and are unable to relate work-place experiences to their teaching methodologies. Faculty and student research is weak and undeveloped using simplistic methods. Quantitative research is frowned upon; the department cannot support the students currently enrolled as only 2 faculty members can serve as PhD chairs.
